What is the standard shipping time for online orders?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS.

Can I return coffee products if I am not satisfied?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unhappy with the quality, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.

Do you offer coffee subscriptions?

Yes! You can sign up for a recurring subscription on any of our coffee blends. Subscribers enjoy a 10% discount and can choose delivery intervals ranging from every week to every month.

Are Ellianos gift cards valid both online and at drive-thru locations?

Currently, digital gift cards purchased on our website are only valid for online merchandise and coffee bean orders. Physical gift cards purchased at our drive-thru locations are for in-person beverage and food purchases.

Does Ellianos offer any dairy-free or vegan options?

Absolutely. While our online store focuses on beans, our physical locations offer a variety of milk alternatives including almond, oat, and soy milk to accompany your favorite lattes and brews.
