Return Process

    For immediate issues with beverages or food prepared on-site, please speak with a barista or manager at the location where you made your purchase.

    Provide Proof of Purchase

    Keep your physical or digital receipt handy, as this helps our team verify the transaction and expedite your refund or exchange process.

    Submit a Quality Claim

    For merchandise or bagged coffee beans purchased online, email our support team within 14 days of receipt with photos of any damaged or incorrect items.

    Receive Resolution

    Once your claim is validated, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
